Manipura means 'city of jewels' and is related to the spleen, pancreas and the astral body, associated with the element of fire. Good to meditate on for self love and mental understanding of one's emotional life. The lessons of the solar plexus chakra are related to the ego, persoanlity and self esteem. Meditate on this chakra when feeling overwhelmed with the demands of life, or if your boundaries have been ignored or disrespected.
Handmade using the copperfoil technique, approximately 21cm in diameter, hung on silver coloured chain.
